The Minnesota Aging Pathways is the Minnesota Board on Aging’s free statewide information and assistance service. Minnesota Aging Pathways helps people and their families find local resources and make decisions about long-term services and support.

St. Louis County Department of Public Health and Human Services

The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) and St. Louis County Public Health and Human Services have requirements that housing providers must follow in order to become an eligible provider. DHS also determines a person’s eligibility to receive Housing Support. You can reach them at 218-726-2222.
